In network with 21+ major insurance plans.
At Ezee Urgent Care we accept and are in network with 21+ major insurance plans, and we keep adding, to get you the care you need without a long wait.
Insurance and self-pay options
For certain insurance plans, your out-of-pocket cost may be similar to what you would pay as a self-pay price because of deductibles and co-insurance. Because copays, co-insurance, deductibles and in- and out-of-network benefits vary by plan, we encourage you to verify your coverage with your insurance carrier before your visit.
Our team is happy to help you understand your coverage and answer any billing questions before or after your appointment.

Important insurance notice. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Insurance companies make the final determination regarding covered services and patient responsibility after a claim is processed. Patients are responsible for amounts assigned to them by their health plan and for non-covered services.
Frequently asked questions
Do you accept health insurance?
Ezee Urgent Care accepts a variety of health insurance plans. Network participation can vary by carrier and by individual plan, so we encourage patients to confirm their specific benefits before receiving care. Our staff can provide general participation information, and your insurance company can confirm whether our clinic is considered in network under your plan.
How can I verify my insurance before my visit?
For the most accurate information, contact the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card or log into your member account. Ask whether Ezee Urgent Care is in network and confirm your urgent care benefits, including any copay, deductible, coinsurance, referral or authorization requirements that may apply.
Will my insurance cover every service I receive?
Coverage depends on your individual policy and the services provided during your visit. Tests, imaging, medications, supplies, procedures or other services may be subject to separate benefits or patient cost-sharing. Your insurance carrier is the best source for details about what your plan covers.
What if I do not have insurance?
Patients without health insurance can still receive care through our self-pay option. See our self-pay pricing or contact the clinic. The total charge may vary depending on the evaluation, testing, treatment, procedures, medications or supplies needed during your visit.
Can I request a cost estimate before receiving care?
Yes. You may ask for available pricing information before your visit or before a planned service. For insured patients, an estimate is not a guarantee of the final amount owed, because the insurer determines how the claim is processed under your specific benefits.
Why can my final balance be different from an estimate?
Your final responsibility may change based on the services actually performed and how your insurance processes the claim. Factors may include your deductible, copay, coinsurance, network status, non-covered services and other plan-specific rules.
Are there additional charges beyond the office visit?
Additional charges may apply when your care includes services beyond the basic evaluation, such as laboratory testing, diagnostic testing, imaging, medications, medical supplies or procedures. When possible, our team can explain clinic charges; insurance-related responsibility is determined by your health plan.
How can I pay a balance owed to the clinic?
Ezee Urgent Care offers convenient payment options for patient balances. Please contact our office for current accepted payment methods and instructions for making a payment.
Who can help if I have a billing or claim question?
Our clinic or billing team can help review questions about a statement, payment, charge or claim submitted by our office. If your question involves plan benefits, claim processing or an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), we may recommend contacting your insurance carrier for additional clarification.
